I was ready to buy one, when I noticed they do not ship Internationally.

I don't think it affects temperature at all. The hinge isn't blocked by the cover in any way..........

A new USB-Dock cable because my old one was falling apart

The 15" MBP and the Air are mine. I use the 15" at home and take the Air to work.

The 13" is for my girlfriend, so she can stop stealing mine

Why not trade the 15" for a Mac Pro then? It seems better suited for the purpose. You could always use the Air around the house if you wanted to be portable.

Just got it 2days ago I also got Apple Care and a new printer

iPod Shuffle previous gen for jogging,
Some iPhone 3g(s) universal dock adapters
and an kata dr-467 to hold all my gadgetry.

I had the kata for while and then sold it...just could not find myself to use it more than occasionally. It was an awesome well made bag though!
