In an interview Jason Segel said after filming the movie he tried wearing Uggs a couple of times like his character did but after being teased mercilessly by his friends he gave up.
I purchased a Black MacBook off my local craigslist. I've been looking to replace my aging and falling apart TiBook with something newer for the road and travel.
Specs are in my Sig. To my surprise, when I did a quick check of the serial on the Apple website, it showed the system as having Applecare for another 2 years. Final price I paid the guy was $660.

Besides that though, I don't think that's what they were going for. Then again, I didn't really notice the Uggs on Segel's character, so maybe they're ok to wear while still remaining inconspicuous.
But I think I was paying more attention to their ridiculous antics. Sounds great! I miss my old Blackbook! If only the finish didn't get so smudgey and marked.
That's what I really didn't like about the white/black MacBooks. The white finish scratched a lot, and the black finish seemed to absorb dirt and oil. Even cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol didn't do the trick.

£16.50 - Tooth cleaned, dressed and temporarily filled for a Root Canal. NHS FTW! Plus the dentist was awesome, she gave me decent anaesthetic and when she touched the dying nerve and hurt it, she saw it hurt, gave me more anaesthetic and carried on with it feeling fine. The next visit will cost £46, so pretty good. I won't post a picture for the benefit of you all!
£44 - Projector headlights for my Peugeot 306. Kind of like these:

those bottles contain bisphenol and it rubs off from the plastic and you drink it. Best bottles are the swiss ones
Wrong. The old bottles used to leech that into the water when you left it in a hot car (as an example) all day.
