I ordered 4 of these:

Western Digital VelociRaptor 600GB

I have been waiting for this capacity for a while now… now I can move my entire iTunes library (800GB) to my internal drive and now have more free space on my external for backing up (instead of running the iTunes library with no backup). Sure it's not as fast as an SSD, but I cannot afford 2.4TB in SSDs.

Great piece of kit, I have the 300GB VR and it's pretty snappy, if you check reviews most SSDs don't really blow it out of the water by much anyway.

Sadly he does. I like Subaru allot better, but I still think he is an amazing rally diver even if he does drive a Ford. Although his little Fiesta is kinda bad ass lol.

I'm still trying to decide whether I should sell my current macbook and upgrade, then sell that one and upgrade again next summer(2011) before I go to college so I will get the student discountD). I still want to see how much an improvement the graphics are in the 13" compared to the 9400m. The only thing holding me back right now is my bootcamp partition uses an OEM disk, and I don't want to pay $100 again

Edit: Does anybody know if I could buy another product key cheaper somewhere and just use the OEM disk that I already have if I wanted to make a new bootcamp partition on a new mac?

I waited long enough, i have a late 08 Uni 15" 2.4.. Looks like one of my Twitter followers is buying it lol gotta thank Twitter, this would be the second Twitter sale

Picked up my first Mac today! Glad I waited for Arrandale. I love it.

I got the Core i5 2.53 GHz version. They were still unloading them when I got to my Apple Store at 12:30, then they had a problem registering the Apple Care because the product is so new...

I guess you could always try it out for your iPad...
