Wanted these Wayfarers for quite a while now, finally picked them up.
Seems like everyone has these nowadays!

My capital one CC just came in the mail today! I've heard some crappy things about CO, but considering it's my first CC, I can't complain that much.
I've been on a big CD kick lately. Got these at Best Buy 2/$15.

I used my Amex points to get a $75 Apple gift card and few other food gift cards w00t!
I use the same shoes. Mind if I ask where you got the repair stand and what brand it is? I really need one.

Bought some more albums
Bob Dylan - Blood on the Tracks & Street Legal
Journey - Evolution
Rolling Stones - Emotional Rescue
Rod Stewart - Tonight I'm Yours
Beach Boys - Live & Spirit of America
Elton John - The Fox
The Knack - Get the Knack
Nice selection
Both Dylan albums are top notch. Blood on the Tracks has a lot of emotion in it as he was going through his divorce at the time (there is so much anger in the song Idiot Wind...... I wonder if it's because Dylan knew that Hootie and the Blowfish were going to steal lyrics from that song in the future). Street Legal is one of my favorite albums, and the very last song on the album: Where Are You Tonight (Journey Through Dark Heat) is one of my favorite all-time Dylan songs. The imagery in that song is amazing, and the short burst of electric guitar at the end is a huge tease.
Now I'm itching to go buy some more music......
I went through Blood on the Tracks, I enjoyed it alot. I looked for Hard Rain when I went to the record stores yesterday, but didn't find a copy. I will have to keep looking or buy one on ebay. Street Legal I will listen to shortly, I'm starting to really enjoy this Bob Dylan.
Plan is to buy all the albums by the artists that the Ramones covered on their Acid Eaters album, starting with My Back Pages, thats my favorite song off that album. But, I got the album on ebay, so I gotta wait for it
I plan on only using it for education expenses. I'm gonna try to only spend $50/mo on it.Only buy what you can pay off when the bill comes. Don't screw yourself.
After having my CO CC for about a year, I plan on getting a Chase CC then leaving CO.When you're able to upgrade to a credit card with a point system, do it.
Mac Pro?Buy me something.
Huh? I didn't pay for it... Is there like a yearly fee or something? If there is... fuuuuu**.You paid to get a Capital One card??! NO WAY
Dylan's version of Idiot Wind on Hard Rain is amazing (it's a live show). So is Shelter From the Storm. At the least, you could probably listen to 30 second clips in iTunes or on Amazon to see what it's all about.
Very cool way to discover new music.......

EDIT!!!! Oooooooh... I get it! It's a last purchase thread and I posted my first CC. HAHA I'm a dumb ass.
I tried searching for it, but couldnt find it. I may just have to search a bit harder. I thought it would be a cool way to discover music. Thanks!

Great findings, I have not ran into that Beach Boys album you got, I would very much remember seeing that one at the record stores. I don't think I recognize any of the songs either.Nice, I just got Journey Evolution. I recently gave in and just purchase a reprint of the Beach Boys: Pet Sounds. I could not find one used in good condition.

Don't listen to these people. Spend that money on keg beer and rounds of jager bombs. You only get your undergraduate years once. Who cares if you have less money when you're 30? You're dead already anyways.
Meat tenderizer for the girlfriend
Dude...... Pet Sounds has been widely ranked as one of the most influential records ever released in pop music and has been ranked at number #1 in several music magazines' lists of greatest albums of all time, including New Musical Express, The Times and Mojo Magazine. In 2003, it was ranked #2 in Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list. (from wikipedia because I was too lazy to type the info myself)
