Been on a little spending spree...

A Mini-DVI to VGA adapter since I broke my old one... Whoops... It feels so good to have my external monitor back after a month or so without it:

A small book, called Words Are Not Things. Contains loads of phrases/japanese proverb type one-liners which are totally awesome and really make you think. Can't go wrong for £5 incl. postage (or, since at the time I was skint, £2.75 Used-As-New ;))

...

And new wired Apple keyboard since my last one didn't survive wine spill (letter B drowned) :(

Since you bought a new keyboard, you might want to try washing it with warm water (throw it in the sink) and then after you take it out, give it a isopropyl alcohol bath - let it dry and it may work again. We had one that had a sticky drink spilled on it and that made it work again...

Not sure how you expect to take good notes on an iPad. o_O I personally would've pitched in a bit more cash and gotten a laptop!

I'm talking out of my ass here. I've got an iPad and no laptop! Ha! But I'm more of a pencil and paper kind of guy. :)

I have that exact kettle for my tea making - it performs wonderfully! :D

I'm curious how it performs wonderfully compared to a $10 one, since when water boils its at 100ºC and it shuts off...

Not trolling, just curious.

Oh yeah back on topic I guess. Umm I bought Bundy Rum Red label yesterday, basically gone now. $33

And six months more rego for my car, $400ish :/

There are 6 different temperatures total that this kettle can boil the water to. It's made for brewing tea and in order for the tea to taste remotely like the tea should, it needs water of a specific temperature and that's what this kettle provides. It also has a keep warm function that keeps the water at that temperature level for 30 min before auto shut off.

I never thought I would like this. I quit smoking cigarettes 2 years ago and got one of these. I will say that it is a very pleasant and flavorful way of smoking, especially with ice and flavored water/soda. I had pumpkin pie flavored shisha and it was mind blowing. This isn't something I would do everyday, but it is neat. It is also cheap being you can score the smoke on eBay and Amazon for low prices. *Got hookah for 40 at a local head shop. Packet of shisha for 2 bucks.

Getting some chocolate flavored shisha tomorrow.

Hey...

I've heard people saying it's worst then smoking cigarettes...you should google to find more about this..
