Thanks for getting back to me. I'll have to check it out when my next lot of student fees come through in January. Was it easy to fit? I'm don't have the radio code for my car and wondered if I will need to get that too.

I don't usually have much luck with fitting things to my car, so I got the guy in the shop to do it for me. Looking at the instructions though it looks very straightforward. The box just needs hooking up to the back of the stereo and then you can run the wire from that to wherever you want. There is a compartment where the CD changer should go in my glovebox that it runs in to. This will probably depend on your car.

I think you will only need the radio code if you have to completely disconnect the radio and I don't think that is required. Didn't need it when I got mine done.

^^^ one of the world's leading guitarists, imo. I saw him in Detroit when Rod Stewart was his "side man" and years later in Boston when he was getting into his jazz stuff. He impressed me more than Robert Plant or Jimmy Hendrix because he accomplished most of his effects without using electronic add-ons. He made his guitar whistle using the side of his pick.

I've had that same pair for about 5 yrs. The foam is tearing around the earpieces and leaves black plastic everywhere, but they are more than decent headphones for my needs (listening to my MPB/iPod while working in the office or a coffee shop or at home). I'm glad to know they're still available!

My friend said he got his from his grandpa ... and his are 30 years old! I don't know if I believe him, but I know for a fact that these are very nice headphones. I've had another pair of the same headphones that I got in 2005 with my first generation iPod Nano :D

Just bought midnight release tickets for the new Harry Potter movie.

I totally agree with you, it's not as good compared to Homesick or Their Name was Treason. I also listened to 2nd sucks on youtube when it premiered and was impressed but after listening to it some more once the cd released, I'm not digging it as much. Kind seemed like they went nu-metal.

I like a few of the songs a bit more after getting to listen to it better. But still not as good.

Finally arrived (sellers pic not mine). Huzzah! UPS can bite the big one... $37 in brokerage fees on a $40 amp... ugh. Shipping was less than the brokerage!!!

Oh well... I've very happy with it. Just need to get the bulbs replaced. It's in nice shape for being 32 years old.

I need to order a couple for clients as spares once again now that hardware support will be stopping shortly. Time to start planning for a couple windows servers, which will be better in the long run anyway for their purposes. I am quite saddened by [Apple's] news, but maybe, just maybe they have something up their sleeve for enterprise users. I doubt it though.

I might go with a G2 myself, they're $49 on amazon and you can get them with the $10 data plan (and then upgrade to the loyalty $20 plan afterwards ;))
