Yeah...monoprice sucks, actually. Just got two bad miniDP-dvi cables from them. Build quality is terrible. Had to switch back to my standard dvi cable with apple's miniDP adapter. No issues now. So, to Best Buy I go tomorrow to get the same setup for my wife.

I hate horribly expensive cables (monster, I'm looking at you) but in cases such as these, you really do get what you pay for.

I got a similar cable from Circuit Assembly to save like 10-15 bucks over the Apple adapter plus only have one cable to deal with.

Got the cable, looked okay, but it only lasted a day when the monitor started flickering like mad. Cost me about 5 dollars in shipping to try it out, but I ended up having to return it and get a miniDP to DVI adapter. Luckily, the monitor I got came with a DVI cable so I guess it was worth it try it out at least.

I agree with you though, I wouldn't do that again.

Actually I was blurring out the part numbers and decided to go ahead and knock out the $$ too. No biggie. W/tax it was a little over $1500 after education discount. I'm actually going to sell the printer after rebate to knock the price down some more.

Emigrated to New Zealand from the UK last year and didn't bring my bike with me as it was old and falling to bits. Have been wanted to get out an about in the gorgeous NZ countryside and also lose some weight so decided to get a bike again and this was it.

Basically got it based on price. Had no idea what to get so went round the local bike stores seeing what I liked and on price, and found a store having a 50% sale. Loved the colours originally then tried it and felt perfect height, size, comfort etc plus it was in my budget at $569 NZD so got it

Wife also picked up a Juliet TFS 100D too which she is super happy with!
