Well I did end up buying a house and it was affordable as in I can make the payments.... nice three bedroom, 2 bath and nice patio room that leads to a big back yard..... 8 years in the work to save up and a lot of sacrifices I made at my age to get it.

The roof seems a little shoddily done, seems like it's going to cave in...but other than that, looks like a great place
