6 - Month old 27" iMac 2.66
i5 Quad 8GB Ram,

just opened it up and dropped a 2TB Momentus XT Drive in it has Apple Care till Jan 2013. Gonna keep it for a while

How was the upgrade difficulty wise? I'm considering picking up an iMac or Mac Mini when Lion comes out, as my desktop won't run it without some hacking.(Just a Core Duo Mac Mini) I don't do much on it and don't need a ton of speed(I will liking be handbraking DVD, although the time isn't a huge issue, my 1.66Ghz Mac Mini did fine), but I am interested in having sizable storage which means popping in my own HDD.

The other most likely the lower end Mac Mini as I need a disk drive to rip movies.

I have a laptop and I like the trackpad but I want a different feel. I like the feel of the mouse better when sitting on a desk.
