You can't enroll unless you agree to purchase the package. I guess it is to avoid complications in the long-run.

Not true, I graduated there in June. I had classmates that already had the requirements and didn't have to purchase any of that.
BTW, good luck at Full Sail! I loved it!

^^I thought about going to Full Sail after HS years and years ago. So glad I didn't. After being in a band in college, and experiencing the Hollywood music business scene, I decided it was much too foul.

However, best of luck to you and your endeavor.

Full Sail is the biggest scam. I feel sorry for the people who pay to go their after buying into their sales pitch and promises of high paying careers.

Their degrees are worthless and the credits are non-transferable. Every time I see someone list Full Sail on their resume I typically will file it pretty quickly unless they've also got a lot of hands on experience out side of school.

I hear this often from people who have no experience with the school however I graduated there and got exactly what they told me I'd get. You get what you put into it like any school. Full Sail isn't for everyone but I can guarantee it's not a scam.

Congratulations, you're a contributor to the horrible job market this country suffers from.

Everyone has their opinions about different schools. However, no one cares about the snobby ones.

Or it could be that Full Sail graduates walk out of school with lots of theory and limited experience on high end gear, but lack lots of practical hands on experience. I've also found that they are typically very egotistical, and think they know much more than they actually do.

I have hired FS graduates, they don't stay for very long.

Anyone who is considering going to FS: Save your money and attend a real school that is actually accredited by a recognizable organization.

Anyway, enough bigotry. Back on topic:

Just bought a sensible cocoa license. It really does make things move a lot smoother.

New Augustana album

Fun Fact: Chris Sachtleben of Augustana grandparents lived next to me growing up and he used to always go there so we could hang out. In the other house next to me was another childhood friend of mine that has been in an up and coming band called The Graduate. So where the heck is my musical talent! lol. :D

I just signed up for school. The first 4 years will be toward a piano performance degree and the second 4 years for an organ performance degree. I'm going to record myself along the way and see how much I improve.
