Just got these Incase Capsule Headphones. These are the only In-Ear headphones that fit me! And they sound amazing. Also picked up Rise of the Planet of The Apes. I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. And got a much needed hard drive case for my 1TB Western Digital.

I have a riggers belt like this. hopefully I can use it for repel training, but most the times its just ropes. we get harnesses when they do the fun stuff.

The whey isolates are just faster absorbing proteins. Optimum Nutrition makes a solid product.

I just wanted the most high quality protein for my money. And I wanted a decent flavor too. I can put carbs in my body elsewhere. This is for protein intake.
