Decided to order a woodgrain dash kit for my car off eBay. Only cost me $42 after shipping so I figured it would be a good deal. Price was probably so low since it says overstock in the listing, and that it is made for my model car with navigation, which I don't think many came with from 2000-2001.
Out with the old, in with the new 
It's the base model. I ordered 8gb of memory from Crucial. Should have that in a few days. So far I'm thrilled with it.
UPDATE: The hard drive failed! Disk utilities doesn't see the drive at all. What a bummer! I have an appointment with the Genius Bar tomorrow. Wish me luck!
Update: Went to the Apple store and told them what happened. The Genius checked it out and told me I was correct, the hard drive died. Gave me a new one right on the spot. Can't beat that!

Adding ram to the new mini is a piece of cake. The bottom cover comes off with a simple twist exposing the ram slots and cooling fan for ease of installation and cleaning.
The old mini was a bit harder. I upgraded both the ram and hard drive in that one

Very comfortable with the lunar soles. These are limited edition runs of about 260 pairs so they are pretty expensive and hard to get. The regular ones are nice as well. Wanted the HTM because each pair looks different.
No. I took it from a friend. he had several pairs, so I asked for one. We help each other. Next on my list, is the Levi SB navy. It's rare for me to pay over retail. Although for the Levis I'm going to have to since shops will charge over retail.
One of my lbs had a sale, so I've picked up my first road bike, a Cannondale Synapse Carbon 5. Never mind the pedals, I have a pair of Shimano 105 pedals coming. I've also ordered a Cateye wireless computer, cages, a stand and other miscellaneous stuff that should be here in two or three days. So far, I absolutely love the bike. I've dealt with back issues for years from crashing and banging around on motorcycles and from snowboarding. The geometry mixed with the carbon makes for a nice, plush ride. Now I just have to get off of the couch and put some miles behind me .

I would love to have a pair of the Levi's. I'd wear them. I people asking almost 1k for them on eBay.
Not worth that price. My guess on eBay when it releases this week will be around $400 tops. It's cheaper in Japan if you have access it's about $300 BIN. It's a QS and not HS like I thought. Shouldn't be that hard to get them. From my experience it's probably going to be around $200 at the shops. Hoping to get 2 pairs when it's all said and done. Good luck on getting your pair.
