I am going to miss having 3 monitors (iMac 24 '08 + the dells), but I have been getting used to it. My neck doesn't hurt as much any more--having 3 was a bit much.

Would consider getting a daskeyboard for work, but I think I would annoy the hell out of my office mates. Jealous though! I might consider getting back my hhkb..when I have money.

Found this listed sealed as $150 buy it now on the bay. Couldn't resist. Going to try my hardest not to open it before sept 12. I wonder if Apple has anything planned for the classic line?


It will go in this..some of you might remember this leather case that apple came out with for the ipod video 60gb. Going to be pretty sweet even though truthfully, this is my second iPod classic.

I got a 4 GB one of those (plastic case) and 3 days later the cover for the contacts cracked and it fell apart, luckily, i saw it happen. it was free (gift card) and it looks like you wont have that problem, but watch out anyways!

My iPod classic was stolen from my car and i never got around to buying a new one.

I actually got it a long time ago and it has been sitting in boxes from my previous moves. You might be able to find one for cheap on ebay.

That's a steal, and the best iPod made.

I also have two current gen classics, both silver, one is my regular player and the other is my car player. I've tried all the cases, hands down the SwitchEasy CapsuleClassic is the best, and I pair it with Power Support Crystal films just for redundant protection. I stayed away from hard plastic cases for years, sure they would scratch the polished metal, but nope...three years later and the iPods are flawless when I take them out of the case once in a while.

Nice pickup.

Hmmm interesting - thanks for the check back! I'm a pretty small guy (XS) and I usually am more inclined towards the slimmer fit so hopefully things will be okay, might be worth it to go for the Hunt Club then for the free try on haha.

Most of the stuff that I wanted was sold out :(...the chambray ties and the troy shirt in currant.
 
Well, I was an idiot a couple weeks back and left my iPad 3 on the plane upon returning home in the wee hours of the night. By the time I realized it, it was long gone - guess I made someone else's day.

I have a bunch of work trips coming up in a couple weeks, and I don't want to be without one. So, I splurged on another while at Microcenter. This time I upgraded to an AT&T LTE model, and bought a red Smart Case.

Couple of days ago bought a new router - Zyxel Keenetic Giga. Supports Yota modem and network HDD. Also has built-in Transmission client =) $113

A Burning Man ticket became available from a friend at the last second; I paid less than half of the face value. If you don't know what this is look it up because it would take too long to explain. This was my first time going but won't be my last! It was an amazing experience.

Finally got my custom Timbuk2 Envelope Sleeve. Custom ones are made-to-order in San Francisco, so after making it and shipping, it took around 2 weeks. Still liking how it looks compared to the pre-made ones Timbuk2 offers.
