Where is this?
Looks like somewhere in the Carolinas.
Once I pay off my student loans by raking in huge salaries in the midwest my wife and I would like to settle in the Carolinas.

You'd be right. It's about 25 miles outside of Charleston.

I'm in a complete opposite situation. Was able to pay for college fully from 2 years of work I did in high school.

So, I have absolutely no debt. But, upon coming out of W.V.U. in 2009 I decided it'd be a good idea to try and start a business with my best friend in Northern Virginia. Didn't work out. But, I was able to save up enough for a down payment and enough savings to make it 9 months or so with a house like this.

Plus, rent is about 1500 for a 1 bedroom apartment up here, so this move makes sense.

Planning on making the biggest purchase (offer) of my life so far in the next week.

Nice, GL! But, do pay estimated value or less.... I see a big chunk of difference between what they want and what is valued at ;) So make sure it gets properly appraised. Nitpicking w/out making the owners feel bad when buying a place tends to create a difference in price!

Agreed. It's almost 25K overvalued. I have an Aunt in Goose Creek that will be serving as my Agent.

Will be taking the non-stop flight out of BWi to CHS (Charleston) on Monday.

Yeah?

Is someone from an Apple forum going to come and kill me?

I have a big dog and and even bigger guns.

I'm not worried.

Kill you? I never implied anything of the sort.

Er, okay. You should totally keep posting pictures of all the stuff you'll be keeping at that address on an online public forum. Carry on.

Hahaha! You're going to be living about 8 minutes from my house. I live right outside of Goose Creek(or as we call Duck Ditch). Let me know if you need to know anything about anywhere around here, I've lived in the Charleston and surrounding areas pretty much my whole life.

Decided it was finally time to get 802.11n in my house so I picked up a new wireless router yesterday. Cisco Linksys E1200, $45 at Best Buy but I had a gift card so after tax it only cost me $23. Definitely a good upgrade from the 10 year old WRT54G my family and I have been using

Cowon X9 16GB. To replace my ailing Cowon J3. I'll add my 64GB MicroSD card and I'll be back to my music in no time. Cannot wait, I love the sound of Cowon's, now I just have to be patient and wait...

Presumably not the one pictured? He looks like he would lick a burglar rather than attack!

Haha.

Yes, it's the one pictured. He doesn't lick, he runs up to people wagging his tail and sits at their feet hoping to be pet on the head.

Golden Retrievers are the best.

But, I've run into the issue of him feeling threatened by someone and having to leash him, so I only hope if I were in danger he'd protect me.

Posting clothing now, eh?

I picked these up from D&G:

They come with these patches of black spots, so I guess it means I never have to wash them since they come dirty. :D

if they would have toned down the humor on this one, it would have been better than the first one

Didn't really like the $10 carbon fiber back case I got for my iPad, so I went for something a little nicer instead. Went into Marshalls and picked up a clear Incase Snap at a bargain for $7 (Incase lists it for $30). I think I'll keep going there whenever I need an Apple accessory instead of going to the Apple Store. Now I just want a nice sleeve to make sure it stays perfect when I start bringing it to school this semester.
