OWC 240GB Aura Pro Solid State Drive for MacBook Air 2012. My wife's MacBook Air has the crappy Toshiba drive that's doomed to fail (hasn't yet) but she also needed the extra hard drive space so we had to buy it anyway

How is the speed on it? I was thinking about buying one buy was worried it would be noticeably slower than my current Toshiba mid 2012 air. Is it worth the money?

Last significant purchase: White 5s to replace my slate 5. Having trouble selling my 64 gb iPhone 5 though, so I may return the 5s...

you will sell it instantly on craigslist and no fees. If you can't sell it on ebay its because you want too much money or your rating is too low(buy random stuff for 1 dollar to boost it so more people trust your feedback). Sadly most people are fine with the 16gb and won't pay you a big premium for the extra GBs. Check what other people have listed it for. I was shocked I got $300 for my iphone 4s 16gb and was only able to get $350 for the 64gb one

One of the 2TB drives in my server is starting to go and has been removed from the drive pool so I am replacing it with this 4TB drive. Just ordered it for $149.99 from newegg.

FYI: $149.99

Try eBay to sell the 5? Usually you'll get a boatload of money in there

Thanks! I'm in a fairly rural area so Craigslist is a little tough for electronics. I listed it on eBay 3 times last week, changing a few variables each time. It eventually sold for only $430. I could have made about $100 more if I'd listed it around the 5C/5S launch, but it didn't work out that way. Oh well! I'm enjoying the new 5S, so I'm happy. Won't be buying a 64 gb again though...

To answer your question, I did the Black Magic benchmark and it scored 327.1MB/s write and 502.2MB/s read. I think that's pretty good :)

Got my new calculator today - Picked one that is recommended by the Uni. Seems to have more than enough features for me.

My poor old Sharp El series that was my chosen mathematical weapon for over 20 years; finally gave up :(

Wow that's a great price. Can't afford it right now but, before too long I'm going to have to replace the 2TB drives in my Synology. Who guessed they'd fill up that quickly

Dragon's Crown for the PS Vita. Going to be back on the road more often for work. Sometimes iPhone games just don't cut it.

I have this one too (but not in pink :p ) and find it works really well. I especially like the recurring decimals, something I don't often see on other calculators.

As it turns out I checked the status of my WD 2TB drive and it was under warranty, sent it out UPS today. I guess I'll have a spare.

The drives fill up quickly because of redundancy. It's nice to find a great deal every now and then.

Just done the OU how to use it mini-course - Me thinks this is perfect for my maths modules for the BSc and will probably suit the MSc also.

and for less than a tenner - happy days
