Some 3M "diamond grade" reflective adhesive strips for $6 from a random ebay store:

Havent decided what else to use them on, but I started with my blades. Photo without/with flash (they reflect brighter than a than a street sign or roadside reflector):

Just for the sake of accuracy: Thunderbolt uses a Mini-DisplayPort connector, not mini-DVI.

Wait there are actually people who PREFER Smith to Tennant? Haha Sith is not bad but he is no tenth Doctor.

I've grown to love Smith almost as much as Tennant. Some of the disdain for Smith, though, might be the poor scripts and budget cuts @ the BBC. I wouldn't mind seeing what a different network could do for the show, as long as it doesn't turn out like Torchwood did.

1TB SSHD for family computer - running a bit low on space and never tried a hybrid before, and the price was fairly similar to a normal 1TB HDD. We'll see how it goes, eh.

Very cool house! It's so weird how houses across the country are so very different in style. There is a neighborhood about 2 hours from here called "Savannah" that has houses similar to yours but other than that, I've never seen any that style.

Curious...do you have a basement?

My last purchase...a day at the water park with the family!

Update on the Flyknits.. since I went out of my way to give my opinion on shoes earlier. Not sure if spencers (or anyone else who has them) has noticed this.. but for me.. the heel tab is a bit too high and sort of comes in toward what I think is a flexor.. basically the part of the back of your foot/leg above your heel.

It rubs against it incessantly, causing me to not even be able to walk comfortably. I guess they are going to have to become a bike riding shoe for me during times that I know i'm not going to have a lot of walking.

Very disappointed. Just thought i'd throw that out there for anyone else who has this kind of issue with shoes who is thinking of buying them.. so no one else spends $160 on shoes they can't walk in.. ha

Anyway, my last purchase:

LaCie Rugged Thunderbolt 120 GB external SSD to use as an external startup drive for my new iMac, because I don't want to bother with opening it up and messing with the adhesive

And an extra set of Bose tips for my MIE2i headphones. I lost one of my small tips and switched to medium, but it's killing my ears.

Oh yeah, also.. I copied off spencers (again.. this is getting creepy :\)
Thought i'd try out the Topeak Ride case and use that for all my tracking stuff then use my shuffle for music, so I don't have to worry about a headphone wire.. or if the Bose wire is long enough, I have a mobile charger and I may attach that to my bike somehow. Okay, I think i've typed enough and I don't think anyone is that interested in my silly decisions.

I've actually had that problem with some of Nike's shoes before. In my experience they eventually get better as it gets broken in a bit. Either that or I have become numb to the pain.

Nice house and flag! I've been flying the American flag since 2001. Good to see someone who cares about this great nation..

Thank you! You have a wonderful home as well! I'm glad to see some American Pride

Thanks! I suppose it is a different style home. We have a garage with an alley around back and since I grew up in the midwest, it is bit of a change for me. We had our home built last year and the builders style ranges from Craftsman to Charleston Style. I'd say mine falls somewhere inbetween? ::shoulder shrug::. It is more of a small community atmosphere where everyone has an inviting front porch and the homes are pretty close to each other. My house is a little over 2000 sq ft and the inside is a newer take on old world charm. My house does not have a basement but the homes that have them around here tend to be walkouts on the side of a hill.

I hope you enjoyed the water park!:D

Have you thought of trying socks with a cushion there?

I have ones similar to these and now when I wear regular low socks it feels weird.

Nope, mine are all good! Get some better socks. I use Asics nimbus.
