Bought a pack of Bluelounge CableDrops for my nightstand. Such a handy little thing to keep the cables on the nightstand.

Not my picture but here's an illustration.

The software (editing, effects, etc.) that comes with the 920 is not supported by OS X, only Windows. It is my impression that the software included with the 910 is OS X compatible.

So since the 920 software does not work with OS X, the Webcam Settings app replaces the unsupported software included with the 920.

I think...:p

I'm sure SBG will be along and tell you whether I have it right or not.:D

Point of the Webcam Settings app? Is it worth it? I have the 910, but never really used any settings for it before.

Yeah what Shrink said above. To add to it, I think it's also supposed to add zoom in and out since the Logitech software doesn't work on the Mac. I don't know yet for sure because I don't have the camera yet. It should arrive sometime this week.

Added a couple of new items to my new interest in DE shaving.

An Edwin Jagger DE89lbl Razor
30 Degree Medium Stainless Steel Stand
Taylor of Old Bond Street Shaving Cream in Sandalwood and Eton College
Also ordered 100 Feather Blades, and a decent Badger Brush.

Been a while since I posted in one of these threads. Heck it's been a long time since I've posted on MacRumors at all. Figured this would be the perfect way to come back and start posting again, with a pic of my new machine (along with a celebratory bottle)!

I love the new Edwin Jagger and it's chrome finish is much better than the Merkur. It's hard to pick a favorite because they both give me a fantastic close shave. Right now I'm alternating between the two. :)
BTW, I've settled on Feather Blades.

Sounds great. And I don't think you can get much sharper than a Feather blade. Some find them too sharp and unforgiving, but personally I think they are great blades and I alternate between these and Gilette 7 O'clocks:)

I've only tried Shark's, Derby's, Merkur's and Feathers. The Feather's are by far the sharpest. So far I've had good luck with the Feathers. They shave the closest, and I've only nicked myself a couple of times with them due to my own inexperience. I am getting much better at it as time goes by.
I originally bought a Parker 91R razor to start off with. I quickly found that it was way too aggressive for me. Plus the build quality sucked. The blade exposure wasn't even from one side to the other. I guess you get what you pay for.

picked up an iPad mini mount mostly as a novelty but it's nice having it available in traffic.
