A bit too soon to fully answer your question I'm afraid. My first impressions FWIW:

- nice format, not too heavy
- the case was recommended in several reviews, so I added it right away
- uploading epub files seems to be handled via a usb cable (no wireless on the Clara I guess)
- nice screen, with brightness and (auto) natural light settings
- synchronization with Pocket (though I haven't got that working yet)
- I plan on giving Calibre a closer look as well to handle my library.

I've seen quite some reviews, including Kobo-Kindle comparisons. In the end, I went with Kobo.
Kindle is said to tie you into the Amazon ecosystem.

Also the full keyboard with black keys, and a the black Magic Trackpad.

I bought one for my dad, though a bit lesser spec, and I was quite impressed with the performance of it while getting it setup for him this afternoon. So I ordered one for myself, too.

Very nice. It’s my next large purchase as my 2018 Mac Mini is struggling with some of my LR and PS work. Enjoy.

The beer purchased earlier today included several of a number of different types of beer from Weihenstephaner: Their Helles, their Hefeweissbier Dunkel, and their (seasonal) Festbier.

Then, there were several beers from a number of different Belgian (Trappist, or Trappist style) classics: St Bernardus Pater 6, Trappistes Rochefort 8, and Westmalle Dubbel.

Today was a good delivery day for deliveries! Shoutout to ups FedEx and usps

-Louis Vuitton MagSafe wallet made it in.

-Apple link band for titanium series 10 came in

-Odessy G5 34” monitor to mount above the 57” ultrawide came in

-dragon ball sparking zero (late I know)

-and this modular bottle looked cool so got it too lol

Found a great record shop in the town I’m staying in for the weekend (me and two friends decided to go up north for the weekend), so bought some vinyls. As much as I wish I had an unlimited record-buying budget, I sadly don’t, so I had to pick and choose, but I know I got some great stuff! Can’t wait to listen to them when I go back home for winter break! Will pack them carefully in my carry-on when I fly back home week after next.

Some flights and a reservation at a resort in Dubai, because it’s starting to get cold here. We just got under the 20s in the South of France. This was never on my travel wishlist or attracted by it but excited to discover the city.

To be honest, it - Dubai - wouldn't be on my travel wish-list either, and colleagues who frequently travelled through there (en route to, or from, other places) were rarely enthralled.

Nevertheless, I hope that you have a good time.

Happiness, this must rank as a sort of music heaven.

What a wonderful discovery; you must have been delighted.

When I was in the Balkans recently, I came across (well, I actually found it, having heard about it) a terrific vinyl and CD shop in downtown Sarajevo, the sort of music space I used to haunt in my student (and postgrad) days.

After only 10 months of owning an M2 Mini, I decided to go for the new M4 Mini. I’d come from a decent spec iMac to the M2-I was happy with it, but felt I’d compromised a little more than I wanted when I got it, but couldn’t afford to up the Spec (was still happy it though). Glad I didn’t else I couldn’t have justified this purchase, this little thing is great. Really good experience selling my M2, with some lovely feedback received on eBay too.

I’ll be keeping this for a while now, next upgrade to the setup will likely be a monitor…IMG_1113.jpeg

Well happy with that. Always a bit apprehensive selling stuff on eBay that’s worth a bit, never now how it’s going to go, but this was great 😄

Glad the sale went well. When using the M4 Mini for browsing, uploading photos etc., not heavy video editing, do the fans come on much, much noise?

I'll be honest, I've not heard the fans running at all yet. Load wise, the most I've had it doing at the same time has been Music streaming to my AirPods, with a couple of Safari tabs open, Mail open, whilst using Affinity Designer (not really heavy design work though). Music is all stored externally though on an SSD.
