ohk I didnt know Nordstrom rack sells such stuff!
Check the tech section near the registers they have Apple Watch Ultra band replicas in there at Nordstrom rack. You can also check the section where the mechanical watches are sold they put all the Apple Watch bands at the same place depending on the location

Shelf piece I found

This is a continuation of the X32 mixer and Digital Stage Box I bought a while back, and the Ultra DI and IEM personal amps that I got not too long ago.

I didn't need a gig rack to transport in a car or travel, so a network rack would work best for me at home... but all I seen were racks with square holes. I finally found a 12U Network rack that had round 10-32 tapped holes for music racked gear during the Amazon Black Friday sale ($50 less)...

I needed a rack that can roll... and fit under my desk, so I could have musicians over and play or rehearse in my home office... or be able to roll it out to the living room if we can't fit everyone in my office.

?? I'm pretty sure you already knew about them but... you can get "cage nuts" that fit in the square holes!

Awesome setup!

Thanks… yes, I did know. Most network racks come with them… but if it didn’t, we have plenty at my work… well maybe not anymore. We don’t have on prem servers anymore… we moved to AWS cloud a while ago, but we still may have some server racks around. I just didn’t want large square holes showing on the unused slots so it would look more like a music rack.

Fair enough! I figured you had some reason other than not knowing lol. I was curious what that reason was. :3

Aesthetics are a funny thing. I could totally see myself doing that LOL.

Picked up a pair of noise-canceling headphones for my trip to Europe. Will definitely need them on the plane. And for the many domestic U.S. flights I take going back and forth from college.

I’ve found that using noise canceling headphones while flying is a great idea. I find myself to be significantly less fatigued after a long flight wearing a pair of noise canceling headphones. I was pleasantly surprised by how big of a difference it really made.

I never fly without my Bose QC35’s. They are a godsend. Enjoy your trip.
Why not a pair of 4th Gen AirPods, AirPods Pro 2 or AirPods Max? Are they not worth it?

I have really highly rated Sony ANC headphones. They work amazing on a flight, and last over 20 hours on one charge.

However I am a minimalist traveler, and I hate how bulky they are, so I have switched to mostly taking my airpods pro 2. With the Comply foam tips, they are more than adequate for a domestic flight, and take up very little room.

I have AirPod pros. Nowhere near as good. Never tried the AirPod Max. They weren’t an option when I bought the Bose. Over ear Noise cancellation will always work better than in the ear type.
But the in ear ones are better for my runs.

At least for me, too expensive for only using 4-5 times a year. I have my DT990 Pro headphones for all other uses.
are these over the ear headphones 🎧 and are from BOSE?

Y’all how bulky are these third party headphones? Do they charge via usb C? I seen JBL ones that charge via USB C.

Bose QC35’s are a lot bigger yes. But they aren’t that bulky. They hold into a case. I use them daily for Teams calls at work. The AirPod Pro’s I use for working out and my lunchtime walks.
Mine are older (maybe 6 years) so charge via micro USB rather than USB c. But that’s no big deal.
They are all tools. No tool fits all applications.
