My NOT Ninja Espresso machine - called Sage (named Breville in some other arias of the world)
also have a plastic, removable, water-tank, and I’ve never had any issues with it.
At times I take it out and fill it up, and wash it out, and other times I just fill up the tank in its place. It isn't placed at a place where dust accumulates easily, so no worries about that.

I also bought new food-safe plastic for pantry items and all things you store there + a larger jar for my espresso-beans, not that long time ago. Great purchase!

The Ninja Mixer has also arrived 🥳
It’s big, and looks great. It’s also made of very thick solid plastic.
For everyday use, the big container will probably not be used very often.
But the various sized Smoothie-containers will be great - which also was my intention.
I got 1 smoothie jar with the machine, and awaits of 2 other sizes at the end of the week.

I remember pulling out my parents LP of houses of the Holy, my older sisters and I giggling at the cover.

Ninja machines always use high quality materials. Better than the cheap brands with lots of more features. Do you grind your coffee beans 🫘?
I am also a fan of a removable water tank. It’s easy to wash 🧼
I agree with them too. No need to deal with leaks and overfilling.

No, my machine grinds for me 😴

Checked back in the Espresso thread - I this posted Dec 3, 2023 to find the pic of my machine 👇👇👇

I bought this after several Siemens Automatics that I’ve had
My present machine still do all I need from a machine. Some very tired mornings I miss an Automatic's in the mornings. But generally I actually like the tamping, and how it actually makes me wake up a bit before the Espresso.

Just ordered this - it arrives on Tuesday 🥰
One of the convincing factors was also that it will most likely will fit in where I had my earlier espresso-machine. If it doesn't I can always take off the lid and make something lower plastic as a lid.
The more recent, and most, modells have grown in size - this is big enough for me.

@mtbdudex - this might be the same modell as you have. They just seem to have different names in US and Europe

Ohhhh yea I see these types of expensive espresso machines contain built in coffee beans holders and grinders. I don’t frequent the thread a lot so I didn’t see that post as much.

I do have a delonghi espresso machine but I prefer dripping strong black coffee instead- even on the days I have school I prefer making my coffee on a drip machine that’s easy and convenient to clean and use. The espresso machine I only use it when I have people coming over for parties, I did use it a lot during Covid when coffee shops were limited.

I just FINALLY switched to Apple Silicon. Jesus, it really is that good compared to Intel
I just came back from Paris three hours ago. I've got this 14" 2021 MacBook Pro for 950€, basically brand new: M1 Pro 10C/16C, 16GB/1TB, 89 cycles on the battery, came with a Spigen case. It even still has Apple Care until march !
It doesn't have any scratches, any dents, or anything
It didn't come with the box, but it came with the 96W power adapter
The guy bought it for music production, but he couldn't stand Logic Pro, so he switched back to Windows and almost didn't use it
