I actually bought this for my wife as late Christmas present but I will have a good play with it. At work I use a PC as Macs don’t work for the software I use but at home I’m an iPad guy lol. It’s a beautiful piece of tech this and the Touch Bar is awesome. I got it for £1435 and if it’s like her 2013 MBP it should last at least 5 years so it’s a worthy investment
Last night I bought an Apple Watch for my step daughter. She got the pink one. Cute. No picture, but we all know what they look like.

Awww, thank you. She’s a sweet little thing and a fine young woman. She lives with her mother now but only about 45 minutes away.

I gave her the ring (circled in blue) when she was 11.
Her real father gave her the other ring when she was around 16, I think. She wears them both to this day. She will be 22 in a month. She hasn’t grown much. Haha.

.) Everyone here is a witness to her geekiness...she reads the literature. She always has. On Christmas mornings when she was really little, I’d be assembling something for her and she’d have her noodle in the instructions waving her hand saying, “wait, you’re doing it wrong!”

Took advantage of BestBuy's $249 sale. Paid a few dollars more than $200 with my rewards. This thing is heavy, you could kill a man. Echo, iPhone XR, FireTV, Watch S4, and now this. I'm done spending money for a while, lol.

$100 yesterday to fill up my truck and then $67 this morning to fill up the Mrs. car (come to think of it I think she has only filled her car up 5 times in the last 10 years because I get stuck with it)

I wish my car would not need filling up so often, then again it is a corsa VXR (boy racer car for those that didn’t know) and I knew that case before buying it
A 1.0 Kia Picanto. She does very few journeys. It’s just had its annual service and it’s done 671 miles in a year.

I’m not a Mac person but it’s a lovely little computer I have to say. It was £1435 ($1825 USD).
I thought the duel sim tray was just in China? Esims in the rest of the world?

I own the earlier Bamboo version. What are you driving them with? I'm using an old PS Audio GCHA amp. and an old Musical Fidelity M1. I wish I had tubes in the mix!

I will be getting them this week! I will be driving them with the ifi Micro iDSD Black Label DAC.
Great on the Micro iDSD! Now let us start the "argument" over breaking new headphones in. Just kidding. We can save that for Headfi.Org
I preordered a purse for my (step) daughter at Christmas but it didn’t come in until yesterday.
Maybe it’s too big. There’s a smaller version...sort of. It might have been a better choice. But the price difference between the medium and jumbo didn’t make sense.
