I finally got my i7 so decided to post some pics. Unfortunately all the light bulbs in my room decided to go out, and I only had my iphone to take the pics lol, so hope theyre not too bad.

Still working on getting it all tidied a bit, and will most likely buy a gaming mouse next week also.

Nice set up there - quick question, did you do a mod to get the Apple logo to light up on your magic mouse there? It looks really nice....

Looks to be a glare from a light somewhere else in the room. Don't think any modding has been done here.

hey guys...
i'm new around here...
i saw all the amazing setup you guys have there..
and i have to say.. it must be a real work to keep it tidy like that day to day :p
heheheh
one thing though...
i noticed some of you are still using the old apple keyboard..
the one /before/ the current aluminum keyboard...
is there any kind sould out there who can tell me where to get that keyboard? assuming someone still sells those keyboards :D
i like the aluminum keyboard.. but it's too small for my taste..
hehehhee
it's great that it feels like a laptop keyboard.. but sometimes i need a real keyboard with real huge keys :p

You can try http://www.mac-pro.com/New-Apple-Keyboard-White?src=gpisrael

Just type in to a search enginer: Old Apple Keyboard

Came up with loads of results

Hey, I'm 14 and I'm new to this forum so i thought this would be a rather fitting new post, In this running an eMac 800MHz (My First Mac! - woop!) via a 22" Samsung Syncmaster Display, also got some Creative Gigaworks 2.0 Speakers... Best investment I have ever made except for the mac itself.

Here is my setup a few months ago:

EDIT: how can i upload my images into a forum without them being so bloomin' big? lol
Instead of using [ IMG ]your image link goes here[/ IMG ], use [ timg ]your image link goes here[/ timg ].

Just without the spaces in the brackets ;)

This was my general set up for the past 2.5 years (minus the unibody, a macpro was there prior for the first year and ahalf)

Any particular reason you got rid of the monitor?

resale value, ive had the display for about 2.5 years and now that the monitor has yet to be vastly revamped in years the value of it if i kept it much longer would have declined significantly.
and im looking to create a different Mac setup.

might look into a i7 27" iMac and a 13" MBP (one for initial production and imac for post production and core machine.)
