nice!

Will you be able to have your iPhone unlocked once you leave Madrid, or will you try to sell it before leaving? I'm only assuming you live outside of Spain, but if not, then nevermind!

iPhones are sold unlocked in Spain (just as many countries within EU). So I have absolutely no worries back in Amsterdam, NL.

It's exactly the same phone!

It has been, as far as I know, quite a while since I posted a setup.

As some know, I currently reside in Madrid for a few months (August - January) for study purposes.

I have a whole lot of Apple devices at home including my 27" Thunderbolt Display that I normally use with the rMBP.

See here my 'setup' in Madrid:

Before

Shown: iPad 3 32GB + 4G (Sold in Madrid). Taken with a white 4S (sold in Madrid)

Now (since a few days):

----> <--- CLICK TO SEE! it won't show here.. ;)

Shown: iPad Mini 32GB (Bought in Madrid). iPhone 5 32GB (Bought in Madrid)

Furthermore, of course the retina MacBook Pro (2.6Ghz i7 / 8Gb RAM / 512GB SSD) and a Magic Trackpad.

I thought it would be nice to share some setup photos from October 2010 (iMac) - August 2012.

I think that's it!
Can you please tell me what chair is that on the 4th pic? It looks very nice.

I picked up a BookArc Stand the other day, cleaned up my desk a fair amount and gave me some nice space. Next on the agenda is some speakers.

Obviously his hobby is iPod stacking, it's what the young whipper snappers are into these days.

I've forgone my iMac fund and just bought 60 iPod Shuffles instead. I like the rush it gives me when I run my fingers through the pile.

I hate the fact that I have a glass desk. Should have gotten a solid desk so I can use the magic mouse wherever I wanted . :(

Mines no where near as impressive as most of these post's, its just a uni students setup with a 2010 MBP 13" for work on the move and the girlfriend spends most her time on it (Core2Duo) and a more powerful 2.3 i5 Mac Mini with 8GB Ram, and an iPad 3rd gen and iphone 4s.
The keyboard, for those who wonder, is an M-Audio Oxygen 8. Numerous controls but essentially a cheap MiDi controller.
It gets me done.

I've also got out of picture, a set of Beats Pro and a 1st Gen iPad.

Looking to upgrade the monitor on my Mac Mini, its a 2003 Dell something or other with dead pixels in all corners. And also looking for some half decent speakers for around £80-£100, thinking of Bose Companion 2's.

I wish something that simple and "cheap" could get me done :p

for those wondering , I work retail and change the iPhone posters every year and take them home

company trash is not free for all at any company. i would expect apple store is no different. I know people who have gotten fired for taking stuff out of the company trash and taking it home.
