They don't pick the nicest computer to place on it in their advertising photos though do they!!

its Sharp 37" 1080p

This is actually a temporary setup. I just put it on the desk for giggles and majority of the weight the desk is actually on that side. It's sturdy enough. I'm actually getting a samsung 26" T260HD for that spot. I just had a 37" laying around that wasnt being used ATM. It is too big to use on a daily use. LOL. It's good for watchin movies though from my bed.

The Samsung T260 monitors are great, I have the T260 (no tuner), forewarning however, you will have to play with the color or calibrate it. At first it will have a tint of blue or some report even green.

It's kind of fake

So, this isn't a real setup yet, but this is what it will look like hopefully within the next couple of months.

The first picture is a general layout of how it will look. On the left and top of the picture are walls with a big double window on the left side. The Brother MFC-7840W and Dell 2408wfp still need purchasing, along with the entire desk system, which will be the first purchase. The layout it to scale (roughly 1in=1ft).

The second picture is the desk system that we'll be getting. It comes from a user here on MR, srl7741. The pieces to be used will be as follows, from top-right, going counter-clockwise:

48" Desk
48" Corner Desk
36" Desk
Corner Connector
Peninsula Desk

So, let's hope this comes out well in the end! The wife and I are moving on the 25th to the new apartment, and this will look much better than our current crap-shoot!

Let's just say I am a Mac addict. The one on the left is the PB 15". I use it to listen to internet radio (I consider it as a high end juke box). With iCurves, Cinema displays and the rest of the goods, I should be able to set up my desk nicely in June.

I'm planning for a Mac Pro and the next generation MBA.
