Those are really nice headphones, I had a pair until the black rubber like coating started pealing off.

I hated the original pads, so I bought some velour pads made for the Beyerdynamic DT250. They are a lot more comfortable and durable.

I've got the 49 version of that controller
Yeah, I run out of room sometimes, but it's nice that it is so small. The 49 must be nice with the sliders...

You can order the pads over the phone at: 1-800-293-4463 Just ask for the velour pads for the DT-250. They cost $17 + $5 shipping.

You're welcome :)

Why do you need two Notebooks?

btw. Nice setup

Thanks. I don't need two, but I wanted to upgrade from my PB 1.33GHz and couldn't get a decent price selling it second hand. So I'm holding onto it for now and its basically working as extra screen realistate.

All three machines are connected through Synergy so I can really multitask well running different things on 3 systems. So sweet with the wireless logitech keyboard/mouse too.

Well, as posted here I was waiting for my new 2407FPW to show up, and today it did!

This thing is massive. As rmhop81 mentioned - I do in fact need a bigger desk now. Jeebus.

Nice. So is the mini connected to it? Does it display the native resolution?

Yeah, the Mini is connected to it through DVI. The max resolution the Mini can handle is 1920x1200, which happens to be this monitors native resolution as well :D . That's why I got it - the biggest display my Mini could take.

It's pretty smooth so far, and I haven't seen any problems at all with video quality or stuttering or anything. I'm going to try some simple games on it at some point, though I bet that the Mini and its GMA950 won't like that so much.

awesome monitor. Can you have all the connections, like the s-video, component, vga and dvi all hooked up at the same time to different sources and able to switch between them?

My current set up at University:

Powermac G5 Dual 2Ghz

23" ACD
24" Dell 2407FPW

A bit of a mash up I Know, but I needed the connections in the back of the dell... And i'm not too fussy!

Click for notes and stuff!

Thanks for all the responses!

How do you like having that 30" and two 20" ACD's on the side? It's not to wide? I was thinking about doing the same thing. One 30" and two 23"s or 20"s. Thanks for the info.

I really like it. I do most of my work on the 30", and keep secondary stuff on the 20"s such as email, chat, iTunes, documentation, etc. Works great. And since my main focus is on the 30" all the time, it's not to wide.
