I just finished my new office, and I was inspired greatly by this thread. Here are some pics of my semi-completed new office and setup...

My main computing desk, with 15" Macbook Pro on mStand, an old Dell PC hooked up to a 17" monitor, and my 42" Vizio LCD that serves as my main monitor when my MBP is on the desk. Also have an Onkyo 5.1 Surround sound hooked up for DVD's, and a Logitech 2.1 System for sound from both computers.

My couch, the rest of the surrond sound system (yet to be hooked up), and my custom made orange window valances.

About 1/2 of my DVD Collection, on stands right now but will soon be building a custom rack onto the wall to be able to take the rest of my DVD's out of boxes.

Wow how many DVDs do you actually own? and what type are they?

I own around 540, I study film so its a major obsession. As far as type, they are all standard DVD's (I'm waiting for a clear winner in the HD war before I jump) and of all types, from TV shows to foreign films.

Here's a better pic of my actual setup...

You don't actually use the tv on the wall as a screen do you? My neck would cramp in about 2 minutes if I were sitting at your desk ....
