I have my old setup some where in this thread, but its been updated. I finally go my graduation present, a new desk.

Here it is.

Why don't you use the magnet mount for the iSight to put it at the top of the display?

They sell a mounting kit at the apple store don't they? I guess I should pick one up.

Do the new iSights come with a magnet mount? I didn't get one when I got mine, but that was quite a while ago.

You know what'd be funny. If someone said, where's the computer and it was your iPod that was your computer. Instead of having a Mac Mini all you'd have to have is an iPod and a Monitor with built-in video card. - World's smallest computer. Runs at 2GHz, has 60GB portable music/video/photo hard drive, and uses a monitor that has built-in video card.

Ummm.. Ok?

That was kinda random. But someday, that may be the case... but 2ghz will be "slow" in 5 years.

I didn't think the Clamshell could run Panther.

Yeah, it's the original 300Mhz clamshell so it can run Panther, but not Tiger. The later clamshell's with Firewire can run Tiger too! Panther runs great though, probably because of the 544MB RAM.

It does indeed ;)
Next week, when my girlfriend returns with her digital camera from a weekend i'll be sure to post some pics of my iBook 300, running panther really really well. Just to rub it in to some of you jealous guys/girls faces ;).
The only down is the 800x600 resolution. Speed is adequate.

Tiger should run on these books using XpostFacto. I might check it out in a few months, for now i'm just enjoying my first mac laptop, panther's cool enough for now.

My Mac setup:

iMac G5 20" + iSight, 500Gb HD and 1,5Gb RAM

Nice to see a fellow MotoGP fan.

When did Rossi run the Yamaha in that yellow livery? Look far better then the standard blue.

Im talking about behind here...
OOOOOOOOOOh,

I could but there is a slew of cables behind there and one of the reasons I put my PB like this was for easy cable remove-ation.I eventually want to get a VESA wall mount and have nothing on my desk too.

If my laptop had the side ports, then I wouldn't have to worry about making the cables easier to reach...
