1. i dont think there is a gui to rearrrange icons (plist editing, there is a few thread where you can download one ready made).
2. correct just ftp'ing the icons to the correct place and the right size and name.
3. taptap revolution, like guitar hero, but i dont have it.

Argh... but the bars are on the wrong side. And those bars are buried deep deep deep within the core ui frameworks.

You could just edit the AT&T to have bars before it.

They would not change but it would look like they are there.

It's all in your point of view. If you buy a pre-built PC, it's going to be crap and you will have paid double of what it's worth... same thing with Apples, though.

Is there a quick guide to making your own themes. I watched the videos on youtube by touchmaster and seems that with the new version of summerboard/springboard the file location is different than his guide.
This is what I am thinking.
1. Find themes folder and select a theme with icons
2. Copy all files in the folder and rename it to my custom theme name
3. Format image for the backdrop/wallpaper
4. Icons? No clue how to make or what to use to make them (thinking of randomly selecting ones I like for the different apps to use
5. Upload the theme with new name to the same folder as others with 0755 rights
Am I way off?

well I use summerboard for my themes and if you go to the summerboard web site they have image specs Here And its just as ez as make a graphic in whatever you preferred graphic edit program is and getting the the right size and saving them in ping format. Now for icon i make then in a high rez then change the image size then save them and as long as the name of the icon matches the name off the app summerboard dose all the work for you. also customizer lets you change stuff to but not everthing. for that you need to back up the default pngs and make your own and replace..

Thanks. I read that customizer didn't work yet with the latest version of summerboard. Is that not the case any longer?
