To the previous post, that is a damn nice setup! I'd bid except I have no cash.

Anyway, I've since customized my Powerbook a bit. Check out the rugged and striking new look:

Its definitely temporary but I'll keep it like this till I can plan it out better. I'm planning on putting an orange toxic sticker on the Apple logo, cutting the edge of the sticker so it meets the edge of the Apple perfectly. Then I'll have a Toxic Apple Radioactive Isotope Titanium Powerbook!

Yeah, that's a good beer. I try different brands of beer just fo the sake of variety (but, I will try to stick with "lighter" beer, though). Drinking beer and looking at this site are good combo for me.
 
My Setup

My wife likes most of the wires to be hidden. Here's my current setup. Just added belkin wirless router under the icurve.

Where do you buy those type of stands? I have an iBook that I got for Christmas and for my 16th birthday I'm getting a ram upgrade to 1GB, wireless mouse and keyboard, and a display that looks like an Apple Display.. but like $600 cheaper. I was thinking of putting my ibook in my desk drawer and running all the cables in there, but for some reason that little apple has a spot in my heart and I want to leave it on my desk now with one of those stands. I plan on cleaning off my desk completely (cluttered with stuff now) putting the iBook on the top right corner have my DVD burner to my left and have my USB hub to the right along with the display, mouse, and keyboard in the middle.

My G4 QuickSilver fit in there perfectly, but if it were bumped at all, it would slide off. It had those rounded handle bottoms you know. So, rather than risk my computer falling out, I just bought a few stackable drawers to fill the space and put my computer on the floor. I never even tried putting my G5 in there.

Hmmm... Looks great but it's actually illegal to have radioactive stickers used inappropriately. Be wary of your local environmental authorities - they are quite strict on the usage of such warning labels.

I've done a search on the legislation on Radioactive labeling in the UK and it seems we don't have any laws regarding this. I'll be careful if I ever head state side though. And I doubt I'll take it on a plane like this!

I use aol cd's as coasters. :) Anytime I ever see one in a store, I take one.

Another example showing that Mac's never die. I will have to remember to do this to my PowerBook when the screen eventually dies - in a few years I hope;)

Hey VespR, did your iCurve come with that wrapper thing? I just recieved my iCurve today and mine didn't come with anythign like that. :confused: Thanks!
