Does this flash drive your firefox crazy, or do I have a setting issue?
I have serious issues with Flash on my Firefox.

If you click on any movie, all content disappears until you mouseover/click/do something that makes an element move (or, if an element is moving of it's own accord). Then that element becomes visible, but the rest of the page stays black.. makes watching H*R a tad difficult at times. not found a fix, though I've not looked

Flash is evil anyway.

How can I do Rasterbate on my mac, not using the online applet? The site isn't working right now.

Unfortunately all the magic occurs inside the flash application on their site. The good news is it's not an 'applet' so to speak-it's flash. Make sure you have the latest version of flash player installed on your browser, and it should work. I do it with Safari- If it still doesn't appear to work and you're sure you have the latest player, there is a button on the site you can click if you know you're up to date but the flash doesn't load automatically.

(Probably something to do with a bad flash detection scheme on their end)

I would.... but I don't have a digital camera or scanner to upload them... I'm not really a picture taking person, so I don't have the need for one.

But they look really awesome.

Just a thought: Are you using Adblock to take out all (suspicious) flash content...? Try mkrishnan's thread about flash problems and see if you recognize something... ;)

is it possible to do the b&w but keep the colored eyes? That would look evil!
I never could stand for a 'challenge'... had to give it a try, but I think I liked the one with all the colours better... Now I need to get it printed (usin more pages) and see the result on a wall... (my girlfriend's gonna kill me... :p)

Humour me if this is stupidly obvious - but who/what is it, anyway?

Wow, this is so cool, and I really want to do it... but rasterbating is against my religion. :( ;)

I was this close to doing this same exact image:

3537.jpg

OMG this one is awesome:
3660.jpg

I totally thought about doing this one too:
3546.jpg

which makes me and the person who actually did this, very sad people. :p. WoW has that effect on people though ;).

3422.jpg

I'd blur out my face too, rather than be seen next to that...

Actually, I'd replace the person in this image with the person in the previous image:
2122.jpg

Okay, I did pages 1-155, now somebody else find all the interesting ones from 156-310. :D

Hey Scem0, I had that massive Bjork one on my wall when I was about 17. It was a massive fly poster (about 6' x 4') that I nicked off a wall in Southend* just after it had been pasted up. It was so heavy because of all the other posters stuck to the back and I woke up one night to a ominous creaking noise and woke up to see Bjork's giant face bearing down on me....

*opposite the old ABC cinema in Alexandra Street, edesignuk and all you other essex boys/girls out there :)

awesome. I'd love to have a big Bjork poster in my room. I love her style, musically and otherwise. However, I don't want people to think I'm obsessed, because I'm not :).

I'm resurrecting this because I've just moved into a new house and my room was looking bare. Didn't want to waste cash on posters, so with a new source for incredibly cheap ink cartridges, rasterbating was clearly the way forward. :) For those of you with access to a Windows machine, it's actually much better to use the downloadable version of it - you can make the pixels much smaller than on the online version. Presumably the online version can't do this because the size of the pdf becomes huuuuuge - I did a 2mm pixel 30 page one the other night that was 115MB.

I've done three or four attempts, and currently have these two up. The first probably won't stay. (I'd also like to have one of someone different, as having both of the same woman might make me seem a bit obsessed… :))

I didn't get the joins quite perfect on it so at various points her face looks like it's had a chunk chopped out of it. Poor thing.

Then I set the Rasterbator app's paper size to smaller than A4 (I put 200x284) to make sure all the print actually stayed on the printable regions of my page. It did, and though it was a hell of a lot of work (about three hours for printing, cutting, and taping) I think the result is pretty damn good.

Anyone else done any good ones since May?

No room on my walls, but if I remember this for my first apartment, I would do two of them. One would be the original six color Apple logo/Think Different. , and the other would be the cover from Abby road.

Just to see how it worked, I did my images, both take like 140 sheets of paper.. WOW!

Here's mine. I a picture of me karting. Almost full scale!

Pretty cool though.

It's fastened to a big piece a cardboard with 2 glue sticks. How does everyone else fasten theirs? I have so cool pics that I want to do, but the pain of glueing hunts me.
