can't forget the whip cream12 Cokes, 7 Red Bulls, and a whole carton of Pringles. Sound like my kinda party!
Now, I feel I've improved my situation, greatly:
I've always mulled over turning a 16x9 monitor on its side like that for code, I like it
I just got it all set up. Now I just need to clean it and redecorate.
The PC is under the desk. A decently powerful PC. Most of my work is in RDP/ssh sessions, so more screen space is a good thing.
I had a wireless keyboard, but it sucked. I am going to take one of my own in, instead of using the one provided at work.

The PC is a regular Core2 Duo type box running Win7x64. I would love a workstation quality box, but I have no justification. I just run a pile of stuff at the same time. The C2D chip w/ 4GB memory suffices.
I'm a sysadmin working with Linux, HP-UX, Windows, VMware, and all of the monitoring tools that they imply.

ShaneRounce, what kind of monitor is that? I have never seen anything like it before. It reminds me of an oversized iPad. Very cool.
I feel like I finally got my desk how I like it. It certainly doesn't compare with some other, but I feel like for now it will do.
I use my MacBook Air for Windows stuff and obviously when I'm not at my desk, but I use Synergy when I am using it at my desk.It's dark outside, so there is no natural light right now.

Yeah....it's rarely this dirty. I just got back from vacation and am in the middle of a model helicopter. And on the bottom is a NYC puzzle
I'll post a after pic once I'm done packing for my next vacation.

Lol, I just saw this after reading your long "Past & Present" post and said to myself, "Where did it go!". Quite a change form all that to, "I'm a bit of a neat freak".
I do think it's a nice desktop and the progression was cool.
Yeah...I couldn't work out how a timeline was relevant to this thread. The tidiness of my desk throughout the ages?

Hi, what is that webcam? And does it work with snow leopard?
It's an Xbox 360 webcam, they sell for about $30. And yes, they work OOTB with Snow Leopard.
