like others have said its really easy. its not like swatting with your fingers curled up like a "bear claw" think more along the lines of 2 finger scrolling x2

see my picture with the mb still in the plastic wrapping? those two pieces of tape were on it when i opened it.. what are they? i know my box wasnt opened... and sorry for the messy desk!

i believe refurbs come in a plain white or brown box, dunno about the cleaning cloths etc.

I haven't bought a unibody MacBook from the refurb store, but I did buy a Black MacBook last year from the UK refurb store and it came in a plain brown box (liberally emblazoned with 'Apple Refurbished' labels). It was otherwise packaged identically to a new one and came replete with all the installation CDs, manuals, little remote control, magsafe adaptor, cleaning cloth and stickerzzzzzzzz
