If they are PWM they might not need to run The fans should only come on if they are needed not spin all the time like they do in the MP. The fans in my computer are rarely on it has to under pretty intensive load to make them spin. There are many way to solve problems with PC's you just need to try a bit.

If you're board only has 2 fan headers you bought an inexpensive board and it's not really comparable to you MP.

Well I tested your theory and you're right. Fans only came on when temps creeped up. I moved them to the front. Only access to air is the sides of the front panel hope that helps. Thanks for all the help. I admit I have a lot to learn still.

They're all Palm devices. :D 2x Palm Pre, 1 Palm Pre 2, 1 HP Veer, and 1 Palm Pixi Plus. Let's just say, I love webOS.

I stand corrected. Now the WebOS is in a fridge (pending). Sad cause Palm could've had 3 great hits early on:
PalmOS ... Cobalt (implementing all the great stuff Sony brought to PalmOS in colour) and of course WebOS. but alas off topic.

Nothing fancy for me at this time.
A Dell PowerEdge T20 server running Windows 10 Education (same as Enterprise) which serves our music, pictures and movies. Quad core Xeon processor, 16GB ECC RAM, 120GB SSD for the OS and 4 WD Red 5TB drives configured in RAID1.

Also have a Dell Latitude E7240 ultrabook as my travel machine. i7, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD and 1080p touchscreen.

Long time listener, first time caller...as they say...

Recently got a new desk (Sauder Shoal Creek Executive Desk I picked up on sale from Office Depot) and a new display - Dell U2715H - so I thought I'd post my setup since things were looking clean and orderly.

I apologize for the photo quality...but you get the idea.

On the left and right of the 27 is a Dell 2007WFP. Under the desk is a Dell XPS running Windows 10 Pro from a i7-2600 @ 3.0GHz and 16GB of RAM and 250GB SSD (plus some other storage).
