Not really. You get more choices and different things to customize.
Wii = face and hair and you're pretty much done.
360 = face, hair, accessories, clothes, etc.

Their head is not 5 times the size of their body. The 360 avatars are most defiantly better.

Could do with more clothes, although I'm guessing we'll see that later on, also be nice to have proper branded gear, like a halo 3 tee, or COD5 cap etc etc
