I sat home all day while my new iMac sat on the front porch all afternoon. There was no signing anything. I checked online that it was delivered and about crapped myself. I expected it to be gone. Thank goodness for the discreet packaging from MacMall. If you live in a rural area, go ahead and presign. If you live in a city with all kinds of strange people, you better not let it sit. 15 seconds max to notice no cars in the driveway, park the car get out, throw it the back seat, and drive away. Criminals are stupid. They will take chances. Scoring an unknown package is a natural high for them.
