I think the "prepared for shipment" might be related to geography. I haven't received mine yet. However I live in California. For the people on the East coast it may take an extra day to deliver because all of the ipads are likely on the West Coast having been delivered from China.

I believe FedEx priority shipping is for a 10 AM delivery.

Now, only 3 more sleeps. I like counting sleeps instead of days, everything seems to arrive much quicker! Now, I am glad I had it shipped to my office, FedEx arrives about 8:50am and UPS at about 9:45.....I've been tracking them for weeks!
