Did a Google search on his name and found another case dated back to 1992, while he was in prison (should be him unless there is another prisoner with the same name in Oregon). I wonder what he is in prison for...

Clearly Intel framed him in order to suppress him. If the public ever found out about him, the entire semiconductor world would be rocked to the core.

I think you may be on to something here.

With Steve being aware of this technology Steve new the IBM platform was not capable of implemeneting such technology hence his switch to an Intel based platform.

IBM has been running VM's since the 60's or 70's. I think he might have an issue with prior art! LOL

Re-read that article using Doctor Evil's voice... Sounds like something he would say!

To indulge the fantasy for a moment... why would Intel build something they didn't know how to "turn on?"

Intel better be careful to sign in blue ink, or the deal's off.

Maybe he is trying to build a nice little nest egg for his 2019 release date
If this was actually true and he did win, he would be able to afford a legal team that would make O.J.'s original team look like preschoolers playing lawyer.

Plus with the help of his money evidence would somehow disappear.

intel buys a lot of crazy things.

Well, sometimes it seems they borrow technology and wait to be sued for the usage.
