is there any microphone that can work with iPhone audio/video calls?

I heard AKG Lyra is supposed to work, no proof though, no reply from the support either.

Thank you, as far as I understand this mic will turn off the audio output, so no FaceTime/audio calls.
Kindly let me know if I am incorrect or anyone knows alternatives that may work.
