Can you download and run EtreCheck, then post the resulting log here?
Also, run Malwarebytes, just as a quick check to help you decide if adware is part of your struggle.

Can someone explain why my folder with photos is terminal file ?!?!
Offically iOS sucks.

The 2 items I would look at removing as a start is CleanMyMac and BitTorrent to see if the performance gets better. The other thing is FireFox and Plug-in Container which seems to be taking a lot of CPU usage and RAM. Are you running those all the time?
It appears that you don't have TimeMachine configured. Do you use anything to do backups of your computer? If you currently don't than I suggest you start doing backups (dual backups better) unless you consider any data on your computer not valuable in the case of a system failure.

Buy either a 256gb or 512gb EXTERNAL USB3 SSD, initialize it, and put a copy of the OS onto it.
Use that as "an external booter".
Put the OS, apps, your accounts on it, but leave "large libraries" (pictures, movies, music) on the internal HDD.
Things will then run MUCH faster!

I would definitely get rid of the Firefox process. You can also boot into safe mode and see if it still lags. I think while booting hold down the left shift key.
Safe mode is just a little bit faster but still horrible performance.
Thanks everyone for help ,just wanted to say that iMac is on ebay with big black note that I'm selling because the performance is terrible.
This is how to lose money ,don't buy used computer if you didn't take a look and checked how it works!
