Problems trying to update ATV2

Yup I got the same error in win7. Just use that megaupload link works great for me.
TV itself.just tried updating by using option restore on my mac. still did not work told me this version of the update wont work on my apple tv.
i tried 2 different updates
AppleTV2,1_4.3_8F305_Restore
AppleTV2,1_4.2.1_8C154_Restore
none of them worked.
looks like i will be on my 3rd apple tv.

Theres some thing wrong with the apple tv latest firmware seems to be broken on the apple site

not into jailbreaking. ahh just went to apple store and they say that the file is corrupted and there is nothing we can do but wait. either way, network or through itunes does not work. i just think the bum did not want to do any work.

i took mine back on friday, but im going back on wednesday to get my iphone 4 fixed / replaced, and im half tempted to get another ATV2
can anyone confirm this update process works ?

I talked to Apple today. They confirmed they were having problems with their update servers and that they were working on it. I asked about doing the update via iTunes and restoring and they said that method would not work either at the moment. They said to be patient and that the problem would be resolved.
Added two hours later: the update worked when I tried it again.
