Discord email support is abysmal. You can spend 30 minutes filling out the online form and making sure you’re as detailed as possible including screenshots, videos, system information, etc and then they will reply to your initial query asking for the exact same information (and claiming there’s a problem with the online form). Then they will ask you for the same information again anytime you respond to the email. They also just send a copy/paste script that has nothing to do with your particular question. I submitted two bug reports for both of the issues discussed in this thread and both times they asked me to try a different user account (this has nothing to do with users), try different channels in different Discord servers (this is a dang keyboard bug - nothing to do with channels or servers), and try to reboot my iPhone (as if that would fix the problem on my iPad). I love Discord, but God help you if you ever need assistance.
