MP 1,1-5,1 Processor tray swap problem

Have a MacPro 2010, 5,1 with a single processor tray that I bootcamp into Windows 10. Inherited a double processor tray from a 2012, 5,1
Works fine on the other MacOS systems that I boot into nut not my Bootcamp drive. Any thoughts appreciated!

The Windows Home version does not support multi CPU, you will need the Pro version.

Yup! The education version also works if you are a student and have access to it.
