Product Red Band

There seems to be no consistent coloring palette for product red as they are a little all over the place depending on product but I guess that can be attributed to textures and such as well.

Have noticed that as my product red sport band looks a slightly different colour to my product red iPhone case, they look the same in this photo but are not in person

I just got mine and I'm not sure if I'll keep it. It doesn't look anything like it does online, nor even the packaging. It looks exactly how the orange one looks online, which makes me wonder how the orange one really looks.

It's a really pretty red, but I was hoping for a true primary red.

BTW, does anyone think the red used in the watch faces matches the band? It depends on the lighting I guess.

well in the store, under the glass case... there was definitely a difference in color between the orange and red....

doesn't seem like this red is a win for apple

The orange looked like more of a pumpkim orange to me.

After living with it for the day and getting over not getting the color I expected, I really love it. And it works much better with the red interface elements than a darker red band would.

Really wish they offered the product red with either black or gold accents - for the new gold Apple Watch - looks like band selection will be limited if I want things to match the gold coloring
