You can see, line is in a light grey. How to change that?

Choose "Peferences" from Xcodes Xcode menu.

Select "Fonts & Colors" from the list of icons along the top of
the window.

Note the second item, "Selection", in the "Category" column of the
presented items which colors can be modified.

Double-click the color in the "Color" column.

you can see, when I click on the variable line once, it highlights me all those variables

I was was reading another thread concerning Xcode and some how got confused as to which one your question was in.
 
I don't really like it.
Maybe later, when I want to program Cocoa Apps.
