I just got the spiegen, it looks cross hatched in pic, in person it is absolute clear....great for when I'm just using a watch around the house, comes off for business or when I go out for special occasions, other than that I don't care about it's looks, it's fine.

Nice. It's bizarre that those crosshatches appear in photos though. What's the underside look like?

I preordered the LUVVITT one because it comes with a glass screen protector and had a better ship date than the Spigen ones.

While mine now has a tracking number, it seems that the tables have turned. Spigen's clear will be "in stock" as early as tomorrow but a delivery date of May 14-18, and the LUVVITT ones will be "in stock" on the 17th for a estimated delivery date of May 21-26.

I think the best looking protector is the ActionProof Bumper. Due to ship sometime soon, it looks fantastic to my eyes.

Absolutely, looks great! I was in on the sourcing of that early. Looking forward to it coming out sometime in May. They put an update out this morning saying they are on track and showed a video of the mold. Pretty excited. Sure I ordered another bumper off amazon just in case this one didn't come through.

The stock/delivery dates are meaningless. People have gotten their items already from amazon and directly from spigen site, despite the release dates still being days away.

It looks so nice because it's a computer generated render. The final product will have that design, but you're essentially looking at a cartoon.

Once I saw that spigen was making several different cases, I stopped caring about the Actionproof bumper even though I funded it. Also note the Actionproof bumper covers too much of the crown. You can't push the crown from the angle that they left uncovered. I just tried it. I think people are going to be disappointed with that bumper.

I too stupidly funded the Actionproof bumper and I thought the rubber was malleable enough to push the crown with it. The team behind Actionproof is doing testing, so I'm sure they'll have to realize that. Spigen makes a similar case to the Actionproof that covers the crown the same way, and they illustrate the user pushing the rubber into the crown to make a selection.

Yea, the slim armor:

It better be really easy to push. We'll see soon.

Maybe you need glasses, because the case is definitely speckled as clearly visible in your photo, and on mine that I just got today:

Disappointed and might return, but I'm hoping Spigen's Rugged Armor & Tough Armor are better.

I have the Liquid Crystal and Rugged Armor. Bought to protect my Space Black SS at work when it finally arrives. Ordered a black band to swap out when working too.

The Liquid Crystal I won't be using. It's just too soft, I worry that any heavy contact will just move it negating it's protective properties. Would be fine for folk who just want day to day protection. Those tiny spots do compromise the looks though in my opinion.

The Rugged Armor though looks like it's going to be just what I need!

Much firmer and much more protective. The black will match the band too so won't stand out too much.
Comes with 2 screen protectors that I'm not going to use.

Shame I haven't got my Apple Watch yet to show you with it on but I may post pics or vid of it as is if requested.

Lol, even with the case and swapping the band, I'm still not 100% sure I'll risk wearing a £949 watch to work.:D

Clear vinyl car wraps and "bras" have been around for some time. Some people just want to protect their investment, the cars overall appearance, and keep a high resell value.

A 150,000 mile 8 year old car with a few rock dings is the same Blue Book price as a 150,000 mile 8 year old car with so called pristine factory finish from vinyl bras in front of it (that are a huge wind drag to fuel economy as well).

Go look it up ...

Besides I always purchase good used vehicles and when I find the right used price ... I usually go to the refinisher and have it Detailed Out for a few dollars. A $1000 buys a lot of labor to the body of a car. Which having curb divots in the running boards as the original owner did not know how to keep a 2 foot bubble around them when driving ... really cuts down the price.

There is a poster above that has a $2000 iWatch ... and he doesn't want to take it to work.

Me .. I would not either ... just save it for the Opera and dress suits.

I am at work with my iPhone and frequently set the timer on 20 minutes as there is something going on like drip medication going into a patient ... who needs prompt and timely care as it is a emergency. The Med App is really nice to have around as the body of knowledge that is White Man's medicine is huge which is why there is so much specialization.

Dental Root Canal surgery .. is a speciality and rightly so.

Of course the iWatch key board has much to be desired and really doesn't compare to the keyboard on the iPhone.

Buy a much cheaper knock about iWatch ... for knocking about.

Besides two years from now when the second generation iWatch is made, if they even bother to do it ... they will undercut your used price by at least 50% with the discounted new price for old stock just as they do with the 5s/32 now at $149.00.

There's a video on Actionproof's Facebook page that shows them using the watch functions with the guard in place. Looks like it works just fine. And no it's not an animation.

Got my spigen clear case.. as other have said there is a texture..
Its not bad but it suits it purpose when i'm at camp this summer to protect the watch. My concern was that it felt kind of a gummy... don't know if it was because it was sitting in the mailbox in the heat today or what.
Only other thing is installing it. I have a screen protector on it so I have to be careful not to pull it up.

wonder how it will stand up if it gets wet/water between the watch the case?

I finally received my "The Bumper" by ActionProof.

Suffice it to say, I’m disappointed with the quality of the product, as it looks as cheap and flimsy as the one MacRumors recently reviewed. The material is poorly filled, cut and pressed, and misshapes very easily. The quality could only be compared to the average no-name thin, dust-gathering silicone cases that you could buy from a Chinese reseller on eBay for pennies, which are then resold for more at those fly-by-night booths in your local shopping mall.

Definitely a waste of invested time and money (I pledged $20 back in April), compared to the more established products out there, like the ones from Spigen which actually costs less on Amazon and Prime-delivered in two days.
