Public beta software 10.1 not available on 7 plus

Seem like it's likely more generic than any particular carrier or anything like that, just that some people aren't able to get the latest 10.1 beta 5 OTA update for some reason.
ATT here... just got my 7+ the other day. Same problem. I've tried setting up the iPhone as new, several hard reboots, no dice. I'll just be patient... but I do really want to try out portrait mode.

Installed the Beta Profile...
No OTA update showing up for the beta..
10.0.3 didn't even show up OTA... I had to do it via iTunes...
Clearly I can't restore from iCloud backup...
I tried doing a manual install of an 10.1 IPSW file... iTunes said NO NO!
Any fixes to force 10.1 to 7 Plus?

same situation with mine. just got it today upgrading from a 6+ and no OTA. like you, 10.0.3 was done through iTunes. weird. Cant do the restore since my 6plus had beta software too. hopefully someone can explain
You may have to wait until 10.1 is officially released. I hope it's next week.

There is no 10.4 or 10.3 or even 10.2, just 10.1 (and various betas for it) as well as 10.0.3. Portrait update is part of 10.1.
I agree that there are caveats. I expected my phone not to behave normally such as not making calls or camera not working or messing the files etc. I did however, expect to be able to download the beta versions as I have done since my 5s. Some others have been able to download the beta on their 7+. It is possibly due to it being released soon but it is inconvenient that it is not now. I really would like to restore my phone

Exactly the same problem. I've had to set up as new and lost all my apps and the way I liked my folders. Take ages to redo it all so hopefully there's a fix soon
Same for me but if you download the 10.1 dpsw file on iTunes then restore you will have 10.1 latest firmware.
My iPhone 7 Plus rear camera stopped working today. I'm running iOS 10.1 beta 5. I've tried a hard and soft reset to no avail.
I guess I'll wait until 10.1 GA or the next beta to see if it resolves itself.
Really picked a bad time to attempt a restore from backup with a new 7 plus. my backup is 10.1 and I can only restore to the 4th of October. I went back in time!! haha.. it's really annoying and I'm not going through the hassle of typing in all my passwords until I know i'm not going to restore.

I just installed 10.1. I am not sure if it is now released but it appeared in iTunes while I was trying to update with a ipsw file :-(
