My push hasn't been working for several weeks now. I've been working with Support for about a week. We'll see.

What I don't understand (and maybe it is a basic answer, but it's beyond me) is while my phone isn't pushing the icloud emails (it is pushing my exchange account) I get emails on icloud.com in real time so is it really a server issue?

Thats because iCloud.com has an always on connection. iOS relies on APNS. The reason why it is so hard to narrow down the problem is because of the fact that its random. There is no way to pinpoint down when exactly it is going to occur.

Got it. Thanks for the explanation.

After reading through the first thread, I downloaded Spark today. And coincidentally, I started to get some (not all) email push notifications from the Mail app (along with the newly installed Spark).

Started happening again today. Anybody else?

Yesterday I had 7 emails push in at once. Thought it was strange I went 5 hours without a single email. :/ I have completely given up at this point. I'm back to using Fetch.

MIrollin91 no update from the support guy u are dealing with?

No, she essentially became useless. Every week I would get an update asking for logs. I pretty much said I can't keep doing this. I'm busy with finals and don't have the time to keep sending logs that apparently aren't helping.

Yeah, I just don't understand. It was working for a couple weeks without fail, then the old issue completely returned. Their servers have to be out of sync or something. They are clearly not reading each other properly.

Email on my iPhone is fine. My iPhone gets email just as soon as my 6 devices do, if not a few seconds later. No biggy here.

Works perfectly for me, my iMac, iPad, and iPhone all get push mail within nano seconds of each other. I'm using Apple Mail on all three devices.

And the issue is back as of yesterday. Thought it was a fluke, but just got 5 emails pushed right now from the last 6 hours.
