Until you are in contract period, you couldn’t unlock your handset. I have to continue till the contract is expire; once your contract period is expire you can unlock your iphone from any 3rd party unlocking professional.

A 3rd party IMEI unlocking vendor can unlock most every iPhone whether in contact or not.

You can unlock it whenever you want. Just purchase a gray market unlock. If you wait until the end of the contract then you might as well try and have the carrier unlock it for free!

Edit: My bad, TriJet and dhlizard already responded.

If you're out the country you can unlock it there. If you're HERE it's illegal.

Long as you're out the country you're good

it is NOT illegal. You bought it, it is your property, you can do wantever you want to it. You may be breaking your contract, and your use of proprietary and copyrighted items may violate respective laws, but there is virtually no risk whatsoever. you don't have to tell ANYONE.

If you purchase an AT&T/T-Mobile phone full price it comes fully unlocked.
If you purchase a Sprint phone full price it will be DSU (Domestic SIM Unlock) unlocked, which includes international.
If you purchase a Verizon phone for any amount of money it will come fully unlock per the agreement Verizon has with the FCC.

If you are talking about buying a USED phone, you can call AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and ask them to unlock if the phone is not already unlocked. Short of any funds being owed on the phone it shouldn't be a problem.

A used Verizon phone will still be unlocked - because of the agreement with the FCC.

No, i'm talking about buying a new one iPhone 6 which has a price of 199$ (withcontract) and after it I want to use it in other country with another sim so i want to know that if I unlock the phone in contract period will the carrier sue and take any action against me?

If it's a Verizon phone it will be unlocked period.
The rest will be locked until the terms of the contract have been met. If you want to get them unlocked you'll have to use a third party unlock.

Speaking specifically to any legal action – no. You won't be sued. No policeman or court representative is going to come to your door.

The one action that will be taken, assuming that all moneys owed to the carrier are not paid, will be the blacklisting of the IMEI of the phone at some point. Generally that applies only in the US but the carriers are supposed to share the blacklisting with the international carriers. In reality that rarely (if ever) happens.

So should I buy iPhone 6 with Verizon? And unlock it after buying and thanks a lot

Only you can determine what you wish/need to buy. But if you buy a Verizon model there will be no need to unlock it afterwards. All LTE capable Verizon phones come unlocked out of the box per Verizon's agreement with the FCC.
