Question about AMD's Pro 460

I currently have a Dell XPS 15 with a 960m on it. Will Radeon's Pro 460 be an upgrade or downgrade?

I only do light video editing and some gaming that my current 960m handles just fine. I couldn't find much info about the Pro 460.

Looking like it would be a sidegrade. Meaning it's about on par with a 960m.

Most likely an upgrade (event though not a very large one). But we won't know for certain before benchmarks come in.
