Question About My Order

Here's the low-down. (And this may be me being paranoid, but you never know.)

I ordered my iPod 30 gig video, a canon printer, and a 1.83 MB on June 19th.
The printer was supposed to be shipped yesterday. "Within 24 hours".
It didn't.

My MB and iPod says it will be shipped today. Will it really?
See the attached pics.

One last thing. My bank account hasn't been charged yet. While this not "so bad", it makes me worry more.

I find it ironical that your last name is "Wait". But I am waiting too...since last three days. Atleast you are getting your order shipped. Mine is stuck in China for 3 whole days and i am pretty clueless on whats going on. :mad:
 
Apple is usually pretty good about shipping their orders on time, don't worry just yet.

Also, you don't get charged until the order ships from Apple, so that's normal as well.

Thanks. That makes me feel much better.

When I ordered my mini mac, I had it pretty heavily customized (hard drive, Airport, Bluetooth, modem) and it took quite awhile to ship.
 
Still not shipped. Any of them actually.... :(

And yes. It is ironic that my last name is wait.
 
Don't worry about it, it may be a couple days late. I have had the odd thing a couple days late. I had one game that was shipped 3 days late. They sent me an email on day 2 telling me of the delay. I received it 5 days before the expected delievery they must of bumped it up to express for no extra charge!:eek: I was sure happy!

that's too bad :( i know how bad the anticipation can be! but i'm sure it's nothing to be worried about.. and just think how thrilled you'll be when your packages start coming in..! :)
 
I hope I don't break anything running down the stairs to meet the UPS/Fedex man when he comes! :D
 
Ah yes the joy of seeing your packages come in one by one. But it sucks when your mac is the last to arrive and the rest are sitting dead waiting for their master. :mad:

I called up Apple today and gave them a peace of my mind. The online FedeX tracking claims my package is still in China. But the Apple rep on the phone told me that a Fedex rep reported that the package has left china on the 21st and is due to arrive in the u.s. this thursday and delivered on friday.

My fedex online status is still exception. I know i should trust apple, but why would fedex fake their online status? :confused:
 
Quick question.

I just read that a BTO machine ships outside the US.
So I assume a non-BTO machine ships inside? the US?

Keep in mind those package scanners don't get updated every 5 minutes... A factory might upload the packages that went through that day every night. In one case, I thought a package was still in Utah at its origin, but I refreshed the next morning and saw it had made 3 jumps to the truck in Atlanta.
It's definitely mind-numbing to have to wait, but it'll all be worth it :D
 
BUMP! The scanner finally got update like you said , all of a sudden the package has now departed Alaska...

And it will be on its way to Memphis and finally Albuquerque :D Cant wait to open the pack :) :eek: :D
 
Still not shipped. This late :(

Hopefully the page will say "Items Shipped" when I wake up tomorrow.

I would phone them in maybe 2 days maybe more unless you have some time on your hands, it does not cost you a cent to phone. But I don't think it will change a thing.
 
If you chose the 2-3 day shipping, and it is not delivered to you. Remember to send them an email. Because Fedex screwed up my delivery date , i got a 18$ refund for the shipping, with a very polite apology. :)

Anyways i can't wait to get my macbook tomorrow :D

Lucky dog. How long did it take for your Order Status page to be updated?
Still nothing here.

Is it possible that my items have been shipped and I just haven't seen/heard about it yet?

If this continues, what would apple do if I complained. It's a little silly to pay so much for something, but receive no word on why my order isn't being processed like it should.
